I thought web design would be a very beneficial skill to have as a marketer for any kind of site online - promoting an upcoming film, a local service or international business. As such, I self-taught through online courses and made a mockup website for a hypothetical client.
I came up with a brief describing the client, their business, and what their preferences for the website are, so that I could start working on it with a clear vision in my head.
Afterwards, I created a wireframe that would help me structure the website and draft the first conception of its look.
